Shipping policy

L'Ange Candles & Co dispatches goods Australia-wide. All orders receive full and accessible tracking information. 

Standard Delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD$99 delivered within Australia.  All orders under AUD$99 will be charged based on location.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.  If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details.  If you haven’t received this, please check your junk mail.  If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email us a info@langecandles.com.au Delivery to capital cities can take between 2-7 business days, regional locations can take 5-10 business days

All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes due to our products containing dangerous goods.  We require you to enter a residential or a business address.
